Andie contacted us shortly after Christmas.  Her mother and father had gifted her and her room mate a cruise of their choice.  We went over a few choices from Galveston, and settled on the Carnival Dream doing a 5 night Western Caribbean sailing.

We booked Andie and her room mate in a Category 4G inside stateroom.  The price difference between the lowest category and the 4G just made sense for the small difference with the promotion we found for them.

We recommended that she look at ShoreTrips.com for her shore excursions and she found Fun on the Playa .... with Lunch!

We reminded her to do her Online Checkin, along with mailing her cruise documents and laminated luggage tags prior to her cruise.  The COVID-19 virus was in its infancy during this time, and we kept them advised of the additional onboard credit Carnival was offering for continuing to cruise or their options if they wanted to cancel.

Michelle and a group she camps with came to us in the fall of 2018 with the idea of doing a group cruise for the seasonal summer campers. 

They wanted a 7 night sailing that was drivable or an easy flight from Ohio, so we settled on the Carnival Legend sailing on January 12, 2020 from Tampa

Over the course of 16 months:

  • We sent out email newsletters
  • We booked the group's dining working with the onboard ship staff and their availability of tables
  • We did our best based on the ship's inventory to place rooms close together
  • We held a cruise night to go over details and questions
  • We arranged a Day Trip for the group to El Cid la Ceiba All Inclusive Resort with Resort for a Day

April and her husband wanted to explore the Canadian Rockies by train with another couple.  They had a budget and a framework of places they wanted to visit.

We suggested to work with Rocky Mountaineer, whom we had worked with before.  We met with Don and April numerous times to fine tune which package they would like, explaining the differences and making calls to RMV to answer their questions that we couldn't answer with 100% certainty.

We booked them on the 2019 Canadian Rockies Circle Tour from Vancouver plus cross referenced their bookings.

During our work with them, we noticed a typo on their itinerary and invoice from RMV. We negotiated with the supplier to get them Gold Leaf Service throughout.

John and Lynne called in the fall of 2018 wanting to take his extended family on an Alaskan Cruise Tour.  10 people in all, with two of the guests having special needs.

We came together and agreed on Royal Caribbean and their Alaskan CruiseTour sailing one way from Vancouver.

We worked very closely with Lynne on the exact needs of their sons alongside of RCCL's special needs department.  We made arrangements to have them accept medical supplies before they departed.

Once their land itinerary got confirmed, we worked with the hotels to make sure they could receive dialysis deliveries and double checked all delivery addresses.

We also booked their pre/post hotels and flights to/from Pittsburgh.   We worked with United Airlines to make sure all legs of their flights were accommodating for our clients.
