What can you expect when working with Sims Family Tours & Travel

  • Selecting the proper cruise itinerary for your needs
  • Once a ship and sail date has been selected, working with you to find the proper stateroom type and location from the available inventory
  • If you're a group leader, working with your entire group
  • Assigning your dining for individuals; if you're a part of a group, we'll assign dining based on the inventory working with the dining department onboard
  • We will apply your payments to the card of your choice at intervals or upon final payment
  • We will arrange your transfers pre and post cruise
  • We will arrange your flights if necessary
  • We will work with you on parking and/or pre cruise/post cruise hotel if driving to your embarkation port
  • We will apprise you of any itinerary changes as they happen along with all communications from your cruise line
  • We will give our recommendations on shore excursions and things to do at each port of call
  • We will give our recommendations on things to do on your particular cruise ship
  • We will purchase on your behalf any additions such as prepaid gratuities, beverage packages, etc.
  • We will guide you through the online checkin procedure
  • We will give you tips about your embarkation port
  • We will provide a paper copy of your boarding documents and laminated luggage tags
